As a Production Coordinator Wire Harnesses, you will oversee the production of wire harnesses for our machines, from prototypes to series production. You will collaborate with production employees and engineers, ensuring the quality and quantity of our wire harnesses. You are adept at implementing continuous improvements across the various production stages. You are capable of helping the team grow and further professionalize.
Your responsibilities:

Creating and monitoring production schedules

Lean inventory management of components

Guiding and motivating production employees

Ensuring the (high) quality of delivered products

Process optimization
What we are looking for:

A completed Bachelor’s (HBO) or Associate/Vocational (MBO) degree in engineering or logistics, supplemented with several years of relevant work experience

Experience in assembly and production

Affinity with electronics and machinery

Good command of the Dutch and English languages

Strong planning and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and responsibly
