We produce our own machines and electrify machines for our customers. We believe that electrifying construction equipment contributes to reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) and CO₂ emissions. Our machines are better, cleaner, and more productive, making them the best solution for specific use cases. In demolition and renovation work, our machines are used most successfully. In addition, we see rental companies, contractors, the agricultural sector, equestrian centers, and landscaping companies as our main target markets.
Your responsibilities:
• Identifying, selecting, and approaching new business leads
• Building a sales pipeline and sales funnel
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers
• Advising customers on our products and services and providing tailored solutions
• Preparing quotations and negotiating orders and contracts together with the Sales Manager
• Translating revenue targets into sales motions and go-to-market approaches
• Collaborating with internal departments such as marketing, production, and engineering to optimally meet customer needs
• Participating in industry seminars and trade shows
• Actively responding to trends and developments within target markets and market segments
What we’re looking for:
You’re someone who loves to win and be successful. During your studies (Bachelor’s/Master’s), you especially enjoyed courses that involved working with people. You understand how people think and operate, and you can quickly build relationships with new contacts. People describe you as curious and proactive. You communicate well in both Dutch and English. If you also speak French and/or German, that’s a plus. You have an interest in innovative mobility solutions or the automotive industry. You have 1–3 years of sales experience. Experience with ERP software makes you an even stronger candidate.
